Welcome to Meaningful Frames. We love bridal and have over fourteen years creating one-of-a-kind designs to make your event beyond unique! Let us know what you are looking for and if we do not have it listed we would love to design it for your event.


Cancellations, Damaged Items and Refunds

We will cancel your order if you request a cancellation within 6 hours of your purchase. Because our products are personalized for each order, items cannot be returned or exchanged  unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order -  we will work to repair and fix your item. This may involve replacing the defective component or replacing your order.  

Meaningful Frames delights in satisfied customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us at and communicate any concerns so they may be promptly addressed.



Payment can be made with your PayPal account, or any major credit card.  A confirmation email from Paypal once your payment has gone through. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please double check your Paypal account or spam. If something goes wrong with Paypal then we might not have received the order.



Orders are shipped as soon as they are finished and we normally ship orders via FedEx Ground service. Currently, we do not offer a faster shipping method than ground service. We do offer a "RUSH" production option which is 1-3 business days instead of our standard 5-10 business day turnaround time. If your event date is less than two weeks away please let us know this up front. In most instances, we are able to meet even a short turnaround time without our customers paying for rush production or expedited shipping.

All orders shipped outside the US may have duty or tax fees that your country might charge you. These are fees that we can't quote you for and that we will not be held responsible for. Please purchase accordingly and cautiously - be aware that you might have to pay duty or tax fees upon accepting your order. We are charging actual shipping fees ONLY! Again we will not be responsible and will not pay your duty or tax fees. Very sorry.

We package all orders very carefully however sometimes damage can occur in transport, we have no control over this. If an item arrives damaged to you, feel free to contact us so we can come up with a solution. In almost all cases you, the customer, will need to submit an insurance claim to be reimbursed (if insurance is purchased). If we agree to remake the item, the customer is also responsible for additional fees to do so including the shipping.

We have no control over Mother Nature. Sometimes weather will delay packages.

All orders are shipped 1st Class Mail, Priority Mail via USPS or FedEx Ground.
